We stayed for two nights Thursday till yesterday. WOW it was so lovely. The room and bathroom had everything you needed. Breakfast was served to your room. We sat outside on the little table and chairs. So relaxing. Met lovely couple in room next to us from Kent. Enjoyed their company too. Sally and Leroy were brilliant hosts. You could jump a bus from few minutes walk past traffic lights to Cheltenham from one side and Gloucester the other. Or do what we did get all day round ticket and went to Cheltenham them Gloucester £11 for 2 adults. Amazing place to stay beautiful surroundings too cannot wait to go back 👍

Very enjoyable and beautiful chamber; breakfast is great. Globally, very well placed for visiting Cotswold, Bristol. Welcoming is perfact.

Enjoyed staying again at Hope Orchard; it was quiet, relaxed and homely.The room is immaculately clean, the towels are very white and fluffy andsmell lovely.The bed is very comfortable; the bedding smells fresh and fragranced and I like the extra touches the hosts provide, i.e. bottled water, chocolateWonderful!

An absolute find- this B & B is the best we have stayed at. lovely comfortable rooms with modern decor, fridge, hairdryer and a great bathroom. The breakfast menu was varied and with such good choices, was delivered on a tray with a stand and perfectly was presented and tasty. We could not fault the service. The grounds were lovely with lots of seating around the well maintained lawn with a lovely willow tree, apple trees and plum trees. A restful, delightful place with plenty of parking. We highly recommend the Hope Orchard B & B.

A lovely apartment in a very quiet great location. Room spotless and tidied every day and a daily Ferraro Roche too plus bottled water. Great breakfast served to your apartment at time booked. I would not hesitate to recommend this holiday apartment 100%. Much thanks to owners doing a grandjob.

Really enjoyed our two nights at Hope Orchard. The host was kind and accommodating, the place looked exactly as it did from the pictures, and it was an all-round peaceful place to stay. It's about 3 miles outside of Cheltenham so it's a £15 taxi ride into town if you're not driving, and within easy reach of many of the Cotswolds' hotspots if you are. Would fully recommend.

Very clean, homely with a lovely fragrance in the room.Breakfast is good and wrapped up with good presentation.The hosts are delightful and personable.The place is not too far from a Tesco which is handy.

I has work at Gloucester Airport and I saw the location of this place and chose it because of that. This place was amazing! It was very clean. The owners were ever so accommodating! Nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were brilliant. My room had a private patio which was amazing for work. I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone!

The room was comfortable though bed and pillow slightly to firm for us though this is personal opinion.Lots of nice extras I.e. toiletries lovely fragrance, and chocolate is always welcome.Very welcoming and accommodating hosts.Really lovely breakfast scrambled eggs were perfect soft and light not dry and hard.Would definitely recommend and return if we were down that way.Big plus for me very easy to find and good bus service.Big thumbs up.

Hope Orchard was a beautiful B&B - possibly one of the best I've ever stayed in. My room was pleasantly decorated with all the amenities I could have hoped for (kettle, fridge, wardrobe, etc...) the grounds were also wonderful to look at - especially in the sunshine! Staff were wonderful. I would definitely recommend and shall return to Hope Orchard should I find myself in the area again for work.

It’s just easy. The room is excellent, clean and beds comfy. Secure parking, quiet. What’s not to like. Hosts are lovely and can not do enough for you.

I stayed at Hope Orchard in order to attend my nephew's wedding in Cheltenham.It was a convenient place to stay and I had an interesting conversationwith Leroy as he took a break from clearing leaves from the lawn!The breakfast was good as is the system of delivering it to rooms.It is a pity there is no residents' lounge,but no doubt residents cantalk to each other outside at other times of year in good weather.

My wife and I received a warm welcome and a most enjoyable weeks stay. Warm cosy room with great facilities and a lovely choice of breakfast served in our room which would be hard to fault. On our way back home we stayed in a Hilton garden inn at Doncaster racecourse and it was sparse ,cold and the they could learn how to run a good establishment from Hope Orchard. Had a fabulous stay here for 3 nights. The room was really nice and comfortable. On suite bathroom with nice hot shower. Tea/coffee making facilities with biscuits/chocolates and bottled water. You pre order your breakfast the night before and it’s delivered to your room on a stand tray at the time you’ve requested it. My husband had a lovely cooked breakfast and I had scrambled eggs with smoked salmon on a toasted muffin every morning. Nice selection of breakfasts to choose from. Would definitely stay here again. Would highly recommend it.

Lovely room, loved the little personal touches ie small vase flowers,chocolates on the drink glasses. Owners very approachable nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast was very nice, delivered to the door. Tea, coffee, bottled water etc replenished every day. My husband said the shower was the best he's ever used in a holiday property, the whole room and on suite bathroom was finished to a very high standard. We will definitely be returning in the future and would highly recommend this b & b.

Room was very clean and well presented with everything we could possibly require , we spent six nights here and did not tire of anything at all , a small fridge with tea-coffee making facilities was great as were the breakfasts . Beautifully kept gardens and ample car parking area and outside seating for each room should the weather allow , this location was absolutely perfect for us travelling both by car and bus this has to be one of our all time favourite places to stay and hopefully we would love to return soon thank you so much for makingour stay so special . I stayed at Hope Orchard with a friend in August. We were very pleased with our lovely room which was clean and fresh and the beds were comfortable, the room had everything that we needed. The breakfasts were very good and remained hot and were served on a tray which was nicely presented, and were delivered to our room at a time which was decided by ourselves.The bus stop was within walking distance, within 5- 10 mins walking and you could catch the bus either into Gloucester or Cheltenham which was a bonus if you don't always want to drive. There is a table and chairs outside the room if you want to sit outside. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful and we would love to stay here again when we are visiting this part of the country. Spot on for a few days stay while working nearby at the airport, also a great location if you prefer to stay outside of the city centre but still want easy access by car or bus to central areas. A lovely and well kept room which provided good nights sleep and complimented with really nice outside spaces to sit and relax. Superb hosts and a very nice breakfast each day with plenty of options, including a great vegetarian one. Fully recommend if you need to stay in the area.

Leroy and Sally have created a wonderful b&b at Hope Orchard. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and way above our expectations. A lovely breakfast was delivered to the room at the requested time, well cooked, tasty and well presented. We were made to feel so welcome. Special touches, like a fresh bottle of water and chocolates every day enhanced the experience. It would be an absolute sin if we don't go back, we will. The room was a delight, the breakfast excellent and the gardens were lovely. The location was ideal for travelling into Cheltenham or going out to the villages in the Cotswolds.

If anybody is looking for somewhere to stay around Gloucester, then this is the place to stay.Amazing customer service from start to finish.We were arriving late on the Friday night Sally took our order for breakfast over the telephone.We ordered our breakfast for 9.30am and at 9.30am on the dot, Sally and Leroy brought our breakfast to our room, the room was modern and well designed and the beds are amazing, best nights sleep I have ever had when staying away.We can't thank them enough for their hospitality, book with confidence, will definitely stay there again.Thank you Sally and Leroy for a wonderful weekend.Eddie

Greeted by name on arrival. How to order breakfast clearly explained. A lovely comfortable room with everything I needed supplied - toiletries; lovely towels; bottled water; fridge. An electric fan was supplied, due to the heatwave, without me needing to ask.Really good list of choices offered for breakfast, including gluten free items. This chalet style B&B was lovely, attractively furnished with the added bonus of a fridge and on request a microwave. Our weather was fabulous so we ate breakfast on the lawn every morning, which was of good quality. Ideally positioned for touring the stunning Cotswolds and Cheltenham Town is a must see with all it’s beautiful buildings. There are plenty of good eatery places about to suit most budgets, we did book in advance. Without hesitation, I would recommend staying at Hope Orchard

We were delighted when we arrived at Hope Orchard for our 2 night stay. Set in a beautiful garden the accommodation is stunning. Our own 'appartment' with outdoor seating where we could relax and have breakfast. The room is very tastefully decorated and furnished with lots of finishing touches and extras. Top quality toiletries complete the package. A good choice of breakfast which is served to your room in a very proffessional manner, thank you Leroy. On Friday 02/07/2021 travelled with my eldest daughter to Cheltenham and my youngest daughter who was travelling from Derby to attend my nephews wedding at Manor by the Lake on the Sunday 04/07/2021. We stayed at the 'Hope Orchard Bed and Breakfast'. I stayed in the double bed room and the girls stayed in the twin room. It was a pleasure walking into the rooms with the scented smell of freshness making one feel good. The rooms have water bottles, a fridge, Sky TV and Wi-Fi. The rooms are of good size, the bed with clean fresh linen made it heaven, and one had good sleep. There were fresh flowers also. The shower was amazing hot water and the place was very clean. Breakfast is ordered the night before and again it was brilliant - full English breakfast, also vegan breakfast plus other choices, the breakfast is brought to you on a table at a chosen time to suit you. We did use the ironing facility and this was good. Outside the rooms, there is plenty of greenery with tables and chairs and one could have breakfast, lunch or even a meal weather permitted. Driving in one has sight of the massive area for a picnic with benches. On Sunday evening, the intention was for my daughters to travel back to Derby and my cousin had booked me into Jurys Inn hotel (which appeared very depressing on invite only to find out no breakfast is served). The girls changed their mind and wanted to stay back hence I had to find a place and so I rung and spoke to the host requesting for two rooms for the night and my request was met and I was glad that I was not going to stay at Jurys Inn. The Leeroy and Sally plus their daughter were very accommodating to the extent that Saturday morning we were given some promotional tickets to attend the arts and craft show held at Sudeley Castle, which was brilliant as it, broke our day for sightseeing. Lastly, all I can say is my eldest daughter chose this BnB after reading the reviews and these do live up to the words. Thank you Leeroy and Sally for a pleasant stay definitely will be visiting if in the area!

We picked Hope Orchard due to its previous excellent reviews and value for money and we certainly weren’t disappointed.The property is ideally situated on a bus route between Cheltenham and Gloucester and easily accessibly from the M5.The rooms themselves each have their own external door which is very convenient when coming and going. Each room is tastefully decorated with everything guests need. (If guests do have additional requests Leroy and Sal try their best to fulfil them).Breakfast is served in your room, or outside on a good day, and is excellent. Good quality ingredients, well cooked, with something to suit everyone.We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hope Orchard and wish Leroy and Sal every success in their new venture.

I have stayed many times before. Under new ownership but if anything the standard has improved (if that was possible). Nicely appointed chalet rooms with beautiful garden area and chairs to relax in. Breakfast delivered to your door with a smile.Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Very pleased we chose this b&b; there are individual units with ensuite facilities, which are immaculate & spotlessly clean. Such a good idea to have breakfast brought to your room, in these strange times.Parking is good & there is a lovely garden to enjoy in the sunny weather.A couple of very minor issues were dealt with promptly & with a smile - these things happen, but it didn't detract from the experience.Would certainly stay here again if in the area.

Wow what a fantastic B&B everything as you see in the pictures. Very clean, lovely surroundings. Enjoyed the garden as we had a very hot day. Plenty of parking and wonderful view out the back. So happy with our find and stay at Hope and Orchard. Me and my friend were travelling to Cheltenham for one night and we wanted something close to the centre, but far enough away. We came across this beautiful property and loved everything about it. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, the room was immaculate and smelt wonderful. There is a beautiful garden and seating area outside where we sat and had breakfast in the sun. All round a perfect experience and would definitely recommend!

Hope orchard is in a very convenient location for both Cheltenham and Gloucester. Although close to a main road it is quiet. Easy parking and accessThe rooms are comfortable and it is nice to have the opportunity to sit outside if the weather allows.There is a good breakfast selection and the ‘doorstep’ delivery is nice too. The owners are very helpful and friendly, I would definitely recommend this establishment and we will use it again ourselves I’m sure.

Could not fault how helpful & friendly Leroy & Sally were. They recommended local places to eat or takeaway - even going as far as to check availability & ringing restaurants on our behalf (while we were travelling).On arrival with a fantastic Thai takeaway from the "Giggling Squid", Sally provided plates & cutlery while Leroy brought a microwave to the room so we could heat it up.Superb service & thank you!Room was spotless, comfortable & very well presented. The room was very cosy spotlessly clean. Bed was very comfortable got a really good sleep shower was spot on. Your Breakfast was brought to your warm. Really good enjoyed it. The Garden area was well looked after. I would highly recommend a stay here a few miles from Cheltenham centre. A good place to stay to discover the cotswolds and surrounding countryside.

I had a wonderful 4 day stay, rested, relaxed and ate far too much.The room was warm, well equipped and tastefully decorated.Breakfast was devine, each morning brought to the room, piping hot and with hot coffee, sauces and hot toast. Far too much food but I managed to clear the plate each morning.The venue is so neat and such a pretty garden just a pity with Covid I was not tempted to enjoy it. The venue is well communicated and I visited a few nearby towns and villages.The boys looked after me really well, thank you for a wonderful stay.I would not hesitate to return.

Nice setting, breakfast delivered on time, good communication from owner in covid time’s.Easy check in and check out.

Hope Orchard is in a nice setting peaceful and plenty of car parking space.The apartment was clean and adequate but shower cubicle was quite small.Due the virus breakfast was delivered to us and it was very good.Driving out onto the road a little difficult as the hedge needs cutting back.

Had an amazing chilled out weekend here, great service with breakfast in our room, will deffo be coming back thank you so much

This B&B was just what we were looking for, and we were well looked after while we were there. The room was a good size, clean and with excellent facilities, and there was easily enough space for our travel cot that we brought with us. Breakfast was brought to the room because of Covid-19 restrictions, hot and in good time. The grounds were kept well and it is in an ideal location for visiting Cheltenham, Gloucester and the surrounding area.

Lovely room with everything we needed. Nice to have access to outside area from room.A real treat to have a great breakfast delivered to the door!Friendly host - chilled but professional.Only tiny negative was that the mattress was a bit lumpy. But would definitely stay again ????

We stayed with our two teenage daughters in 3 rooms. Rooms felt Covid secure as each room has a separate front door, which the girls loved as they felt like they had their own little 'house'.Breakfast was freshly prepared to order and delivered to our doors as the Breakfast room in the main house was closed because of pandemic.Jon was very obliging and catered for all our unusual breakfast combination requests!When the weather was sunny, we were able to use the picnic benches outside and have breakfast together.The rooms were very clean and were serviced daily and towels and sheets changed regularly during our week stay, which was great.Hope Orchard is located in a very convenient spot to visit both the Cotswolds and the Wye Valley - it's also really close to both Cheltenham and Gloucester.

Accommodation - Very very clean and comfortable.Breakfast - Excellent choice of breakfast and "proper" bacon and "sausage".Host -Nothing was too much trouble. Our car wouldn't start one day and John went out of his way to help us get it sorted.Location - Great for getting to various tourist locations.Highly recommended.Would definitely visit again.

Beautiful setting and ideal location for us just off the M5 close to where we needed to be. Found the owners very helpful and relaxed about check-out time, probably mostly due to Covid restrictions o letting the rooms but they didn't have to be as generous as they were. Best full english breakfast I've had in a long time, found a great takeaway who delivered, all in all great place and expect to back later this year and possibly 3 or 4 times in 2021. Thanks guys :-)

we were so lucky to find this amazing b&b as we were always staying at Premier inns etc. The rooms are spotless with a microwave, fridge and Sky TV with movies. Garden area is beautiful and ideal for maybe a picnic.The breakfast menu is second to none with the best full English I've had for a long time served by the lovely owners who can't do enough for you. This is the second time we have stayed at Hope Orchard and just like the first time can only say positive things. The rooms are private, quiet, well equipped and exceptionally clean. The owners are incredibly pleasant and helpful tight from booking the accomodation to checking out. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a restful break.

We stayed here for one night to go to the theatre in Cheltenham. It was a quick and easy journey into Cheltenham and much better value than the hotels in the centre. Our room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was excellent with a wide choice. I would recommend this B&B.

We booked Hope Orchard as we needed to break a long journey. It was just what we needed, comfortable, quiet with easy access to the buses into Cheltenham for a tired driver.So nice to be offered fresh milk for a cuppa on arrival and to have a proper tea pot in the room . Good facilities, easy parking and a good choice at breakfast.

We were impressed by the hosts' attention to detail at Hope Orchard B&B. They were very welcoming and did everything possible to ensure a comfortable stay. The beautifully clean and well-appointed en-suite rooms were purpose-built and are at ground level. Everything you need is provided, there is plenty of parking space and the grounds are attractive and well-maintained. The quality of the breakfast items is very good and delicious. If we need to stay in the Cheltenham area again we will certainly choose Hope Orchard.Thank you to our hosts.

This is a really lovely place to stay, very clean, smartly decorated, well appointed and conveniently located. The breakfast was excellent and the hosts couldn't be more pleasant and helpful. Only one comment, if you are a couple on the, shall we say, large side then you may find the double beds "compact and bijou?"

We had a one night stay at this wonderful B&B. to attend a family event the following day.On arrival, we received a warm welcome. The room was spacious and comfortable room and there was a fantastic choice of options for breakfast the following morning.The room also came equipped with a small fridge, microwave and radio alarm clock, plus the usual items normally offered.In the well kept gardens, you will find seating areasWe found the Hope Orchard very reasonably priced and would certainly stay here again next time we were in the area.A big thank you for a perfect stay.

The room was tastefully decorated having a fridge and tea coffee facilities in the room .The breakfast was superb freshly cooked the owners were very friendly and welcoming .The garden was lovely having benches outside in the orchard easy accessible to the motorway and surrounding areas

Nice host, very clean, lovley room color and serene environment, also good breakfast :D only one small thing about the bed, the bed was comfortable but it gave us a sensation of falling towards the sides as the suport pillar of the bed crossbrace was too high, if 0.7 mm - 1 cmwould be taken out, it would make everything perfect.

I stayed here for 4 nights and everything was superb. The hosts were excellent, the breakfast was excellent, the rooms were very clean and tidy. The location is also great as it’s not far from the airport, Gloucester or Cheltenham. Would recommend 100%

Spent 2 nights at Hope Orchard.The rooms were chalets - so nice and private.Accommodation comfortable - even had hairdryer and fridge in each room though microwave was available if required at no charge.Vegetarian breakfast - best one I have ever had!Very relaxing atmosphere.I would certainly recommend Hope Orchard B&B.

Very good, recommend to anyone.The accommodation is a main room and back bathroom, lots of tea/coffee available.Paul and John offer a very friendly welcome, and keep their rooms spotless.The breakfasts are brilliant, and even a huge eater like myself is set up for the whole day with their full English.Sadly we didn't get to try the seating outside due to the weather

I came across this B&B as i searched for accommodation close to Gloucester Airport as myself and family were doing simulator there.We needed a one night stay.Everything read very well so i booked 2 rooms.We were not disappointed - it was perfect.For us the location couldn't have been better.The rooms were very clean and you could tell some thought had gone into them - for example - hairdryer and toiletries - and a fridge which we found very useful.In other words these rooms are not just 'basic' B&B. Breakfast was excellent - cooked to order.Liked the fact the rooms were separate from the main house and the setting was lovely - overlooking lawned garden.We couldn't really fault our stay. Hosts were friendly and on hand to help. If i had to criticise anything it would be the fact that in our shower the silicone needed attention where the shower tray met wall boards (looked like there was a gap or just not very tidy - but hey perhaps being a bit picky!)I would have no hesitation in recommending to others.I have given 5 stars because i think it's worth it. Thank you.

I've stayed here weekly for the last few months, lovely hosts, accommodation and location, parking outside the door is a big bonus. There is absolutely nothing to complain about, except my schedule doesn't always allow me to make it in to breakfast, which is always fabI would 100% recommend Hope Orchard

Sourced this b&b for a stopover on the way home from Newquay.Lovely place to stay. Few minutes from the M5.Owners had thought of the little extrasthat made a difference such as ‘fridge in the room, nice toiletries, sky tv etc.Breakfast superb.Good parking space. Hope to stay again.

Coming from many years in the hospitality industry, hands down Hope Orchard is one of the best examples of high level of detail and top end customer service around.Bedroom was very comfortable, Sky Movies is a fantastic touch. Well presented and thought out room with spotlessly clean bathroom. All extras - tea, coffee, water, fridge etc. Gorgeous freshly cooked breakfast (Gluten free available). Very attentive host Jon obviously takes great pride in what he does, it really shows!!

I stayed for two nights last week , Being a single lady i always look for B&B's with safety in mind.As soon as i arrived at Hope Orchard, i was greeted with a warm and friendly smile , and made to feel at ease immediately .The rooms are outside so i can come and go as i please, The rooms are warm , very clean , very fast broadband , and are equipped with everything a girl needs for a few days stop .Thank you Jon for a wonderful stay , and i will see you all soon.
