Prices
Our prices include Room Only Accommodation.
Whilst every effort is made to maintain the accuracy of our website and our prices, errors may occur therefore , please check all details at the time of booking.
Booking Confirmation
Following your booking either direct with Hope Orchard or through our third party affiliates you will receive a confirmation email outlining your reservation details .
Payment
Our process requests a full balance of payment seven days before arrival. Payment can be made using all major credit/debit card. All credit/debit card transactions are secure and no data collected is offered to third parties for any reason. All transactions comply to the relevant legal requirements at the time of the transaction.
Cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy requires a minimum 48 hrs notice. If for any reason you should wish to cancel please contact either Hope Orchard or our third party affiliate 48 hours before your 3pm check in .Failure to notify us within the cancellation policy will forfeit the right to a refund .
Providing we have a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation a full refund will be issued minus any administration fees.
Cancellation of booking
We understand that your travel arrangements could change therefore we ask that you inform us as soon as practicable to allow us to re allocate the room(s).
If you need to cancel the booking for any reason ,we are happy to transfer your booking to another date if at all possible should this be acceptable.
Cancellation by Us
We would only cancel your stay if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. If it becomes necessary for us to cancel a booking we will contact you immediately. and payments made will be refunded in full.Should you wish, we would attempt to find you alternative accommodation in another local bed and breakfast of the same grading in a similar standard of room(s). Should this establishment be more expensive than Hope Orchard we will pay the difference for the first night of your stay. Our liability will not extend beyond these conditions.
Arrival
Your accommodation will be available to you from 3.00pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreed time as we will be busy preparing your room. However, you may drop off your bags, and collect your room keys at an earlier time by prior arrangement.
It would be much appreciated if you could notify us of your estimated time of arrival (a telephone call on the day before or morning of arrival is fine).
Late arrival
Please could you contact us to let us know if you will be arriving later than 10.00pm, and inform us of your new estimated time of arrival.
Departure
On the day of departure unless otherwise arranged, we respectfully ask that you vacate your room by 10.30am as roomswill need to be preparedfor re-occupation from 3.00pm,
Breakfast
Breakfast is served to your room between the hours of 07.30am – 09.00am .Just complete your order and return to reception by 10.00pmthe night before .
Please do inform us as soon as possible if you have any dietary requirements or any food allergies.
Rooms
Wi-Fi Access, super fast broadband and a Sky TV Entertainment and Movies package is provided free of charge and by using these servicesyou automatically agree to the terms and conditions of such services.
Keys
You have access to the building and your room 24 hours a day throughout your stay using a set of keys given to you on arrival. You have full responsibility of these keys for the duration of your stay. Lost keys will be charged at £15.00 per set.
Damages and Breakages
We ask that you report any incidents of breakages ,spills or damages when they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we reserve the right to charge and invoice you for repair, replacement or making good if the damage is significant.
Missing Items
We reserve the right to charge for any missing items. (Towels, Bathrobes, Hairdryer etc..)
Smoking
Cigarette butt receptacles are provided in our outside areas located within the car parking area of the grounds .
In accordance with UK Law smoking in rooms is strictly prohibited . Any guest found to have activatedthe fire alarm system due to smoking or showing any indication of smoking within the rooms will be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit any monies paid, this is non-negotiable.
Acceptance of Children
We welcome children .
Pets
We regret to inform that we do not acceptpets atthe property with the exception of guide dogs .
Liability
We do not accept liability for any damage, loss or injury to you or any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.Private off-road parking is available for guests andvehicles are parked entirely at the owner’s risk.
Termination Policy
Hope Orchard reserves the right, at its discretion, to terminate, without notice, an individual’s stay where deemed necessary through unacceptable behaviour or because of actions which are likely to endanger or offend others. In such circumstances any outstanding account must be settled, and no refunds will be made.
Non-Refundable - No changes to, or cancellation of bookings are accepted. Refunds are 100% not available.
